Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, returns are limited. However:

1. Non-living products (feed, equipment, veterinary items) in original condition
2. Unopened or unused packaging for feed and supplements
3. Damaged equipment or tools with defect

2. Non-Returnable Items

1. Live animals or birds (see Refund Policy instead)
2. Opened or partially used feed or medicines
3. Items showing signs of use or wear
4. Customized or specially ordered products

3. Return Timeline

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 10 days of return approval.

4. Return Condition

1. In original, unused condition
2. In original packaging or well-protected for return shipping
3. Accompanied by proof of purchase

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to seller's error or defective merchandise.

6. Inspection and Refund Processing

1. Inspection will take 5-7 business days
2. If approved, refund will be issued within 5-7 business days
3. If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense

7. Restocking Fee

A 10-15% restocking fee may apply to some returned items at the seller's discretion.
