Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Rights

Buyers have the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

1. Before the seller has confirmed and prepared the order for dispatch
2. Within 24 hours of order placement if no fulfillment has begun
3. By mutual agreement with the seller for specific circumstances

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

1. The seller has already confirmed and begun preparing the shipment
2. The order has been dispatched or shipped
3. 24 hours have passed since order confirmation for live animals
4. The order status shows Out for Delivery

3. Cancellation Timeline for Live Animals

For live animal orders, cancellation requests must be made:

1. Immediately upon order confirmation (within 2-4 hours)
2. Before animals are collected for transport
3. Late cancellations may incur partial charges

4. Cancellation Procedure

1. Log into your Kukushopping account
2. Navigate to My Orders
3. Click Cancel Order if the option is available
4. Select reason for cancellation
5. Submit cancellation request

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

1. Within 24 hours if payment has not been captured
2. Within 3-5 business days if payment was already processed
3. Mobile wallet refunds may take 24-48 hours

6. Cancellation Charges

1. 5-10% cancellation fee if order preparation has started
2. Transport costs if animals are already in transit
3. No charges if cancelled within 2 hours of order placement
